Recently, the two-day Roland brand training concluded successfully! Mr. Guo Yixiong, Product Manager for Roland synthesizers, drum machines, and DJ products, visited our company to deliver brand presentations and product introduction training. Participants in the training included internal sales, marketing, design, and after-sales teams, as well as invited client friends who joined us for a deeper understanding of the brand and products.

During the two-day training sessions, Manager Guo provided a comprehensive introduction to the brand's history—from theoretical knowledge to practical applications—gradually deepening participants’ understanding. He showcased the unique features and advantages of the products and arranged hands-on operation sessions for trainees to experience the equipment firsthand.

At the start of the training, Manager Guo introduced theoretical knowledge to the trainees, including the brand's development history, brand story, and existing product lines. This allowed trainees to quickly understand how this brand, founded in 1972, has enabled musicians to fully unleash their artistic talents by manufacturing high-quality musical instruments (both hardware and software). The introduction also covered product positioning, features, target audiences, and more, deeply impressing trainees with Roland's charm and its indispensable status and importance in the industry.

"FANTOM" embodies Roland's high-quality timbres, sequencer editing capabilities, ideal playing experience, and musical creativity. The highly anticipated 2024 update, the FANTOM EX flagship workstation, adds numerous powerful new functions and creative tools to its predecessor. Relying on Roland's advanced sound technology, it establishes a more complete creative ecosystem, enhancing professional tone design, sequencer arrangement, and performance experience.

Moreover, he introduced multiple sound sources pre-installed in the FANTOM EX, including ACB, ZEN-Core, V-Piano, SuperNATURAL, Virtual ToneWheel, Model Expansions, etc., totaling over 7,000 timbres. On-site, he also conducted simple product operation demonstrations and live performances for the trainees.

The 2024 RD - 2000 EX and RD - 88 EX are enhanced versions with newly developed piano sound source expansions based on the previous generation models.

While introducing the features of these two products, Mr. Guo emphasized hands-on experience for trainees, allowing them to appreciate the products' powerful functions through the feel, operability, and convenience of these new models, and simulating how each function would be used in performances or creative work.   After the training, a colleague said, "I rarely used to come into contact with this type of product, but after this training, I have a general understanding of them, and I believe this will be of great help in my future work." Some clients even commented, "Although I have (been exposed to) many such products and have been in the industry for years, this training has given me a deeper and clearer understanding of Roland."
